Ainoco will do our best to match your request as much as we can. All the cost and estimated delivery time will be given while we design your Bachi together. Please understand some conditions as below.

• Please allow us 7 to 10 days to prepare your custom order. Depending on the availability of materials and schedule, it may takes 2-4 weeks for delivery.
• Because of a natural wood character, wood color and grain may vary.
• Price is just for the reference only. Items not listed may be available with extra charge. Please feel free to ask any ideas you may have.
• All custom orders are final. After you agree with our detailed consultation and final estimate, No returns, no exchanges.
• We will send you an estimate for your custom order including shipping, sales tax (for domestic) and all fees if applicable.
• Your payment can be made by Venmo, Zelle, Bank transfer or Credit Card transaction. If you want to pay by Credit Card, card transaction fee (Domestic 3%, International 5%) will be apply.
• Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you a payment information. 
• Shipping cost is vary by country. When your Bachi is ready we will ship by best priced trackable carrier like USPS Priority mail for Domestic, Yamato Transport USA for Japan and we will notify you a tracking number as soon as shipped. 
• Depending on the country, you may be charged custom fee by your government.

We accept the payment by Wire Transfer, Check and Credit Card.

• Payment can be done by Credit card with a service charge on total amount for

  Domestic : 3%  International : 5%
